Terms of Use
Version 1.0 · Effective 26 October 2026 · Last revised 26 October 2026
The agreement for using the Symfonite website, members area, app and signals.
Key points
- Symfonite is an introducing broker. We are not a broker, we hold no licence, we give no investment advice, we never execute trades and we never hold your trading money.
- You must be at least 18, live outside the Restricted Countries and give us true details.
- Signals are general market analysis, the same for everyone. You make your own trading decisions.
- Your trading account is with a Partner Broker, under that broker's own terms and risk warnings.
- You can delete your Account at any time. We keep some records for as long as the law requires.
- Cyprus law applies. If something goes wrong, our Complaints Procedure explains what to do.
1 About these Terms
1.1These Terms of Use (the Terms) are an agreement between you and SYMFONITE LTD, a private limited company registered in Cyprus with registration number ΗΕ 499698, whose registered office is at Morfo Court, Block A, Office 7, Kimonos 58, 3095 Limassol, Cyprus (Symfonite, we, us or our).
1.2They apply when you use our website at symfonite.com, our members area at my.symfonite.com, the Symfonite mobile app, and the trading signals we publish on any channel. By creating an Account, or by using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Services.
1.3These documents form part of these Terms, as far as they cover what you use:
- the Risk Disclosure;
- the Signals Disclaimer and Method;
- the Advertising and Conflicts of Interest Disclosure; and
- the Complaints Procedure.
1.4Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data. They are information we must give you by law, not contract terms. If you are a Partner, your signed Partner Agreement also applies.
1.5If a document listed in clause 1.3 deals with a subject more specifically than these Terms, that document applies to that subject. Otherwise these Terms apply.
1.6These Terms and the documents that form part of them are written in English. If we give you a translation, it is for convenience only, and the English version applies if the two differ.

3 What Symfonite does, and what it does not do
3.1We are an introducing broker. We introduce clients to Partner Brokers. When a client we introduce trades, the Partner Broker pays us Commission.
3.2We also publish free Signals.
3.3We may show you information about cashback: our tiers, how it works, and estimates based on your trading. This is information only. Estimates are not amounts we owe you, and they may change. Cashback is paid only once we open payouts, under terms we will publish before then.
3.4We do not:
- act as a broker or a dealer, or as a party to your trades;
- hold any financial services licence;
- give investment, legal or tax advice, or tell you what to trade;
- send, open, change or close trades for you, or ask for permission to trade on your Broker Account;
- hold your trading money, accept deposits, or move money into or out of your Broker Account; or
- offer a wallet, a deposit account or any product that pays interest.
3.5Anyone who claims to be from Symfonite and asks you to send trading money or crypto to them, or asks for your broker password, is not acting for us. Please report it to support@
4 Who can use the Services
4.1You may use the Services only if all of these are true:
- you are an individual aged at least 18, and old enough to make a binding contract where you live;
- you do not live in a Restricted Country;
- you are not named on a sanctions list that applies to us, and you are not acting for anyone who is;
- using the Services is lawful where you live; and
- the details you give us are true, complete and your own.
4.2Your country is the country you declare when you sign up. We use it to decide which Services, Partner Brokers and features are available to you. We do not decide your country from your IP address.
4.3We set the list of Restricted Countries ourselves, and add any country that none of our Partner Brokers accepts. The list changes, so we publish it on our Restricted countries page rather than in these Terms. Each Partner Broker also refuses clients from some further countries. We show you only the Partner Brokers that accept clients from your country.
4.4You must not misstate your country, or use another person's details, to get around these limits. If you move to another country, update your details in the Members Area without delay. If your new country is a Restricted Country, we will limit or close your Account as section 14 explains.
4.5The Services are not an offer or invitation to anyone in a country where it would be unlawful to make one. You are responsible for checking that using the Services, and trading with a Partner Broker, is lawful where you live.
5 Your Account
5.1You need an Account to use the Members Area and some App features. You may hold one Account only, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5.2Keep your login details and your two-factor authentication device safe, and do not share them. You are responsible for what happens in your Account, unless it results from our failure to keep the Services secure. Tell us at support@
5.3We will never ask for your broker password or for permission to trade on your Broker Account.
5.4People who share a home or a device may each hold their own Account, if each signs up with their own details. If two Accounts look as though they belong to one person, we may ask each holder about it before we decide, and we will not treat them as one person without telling them why.
5.5Your Account is personal. You may not sell, transfer or lend it.
6 Signals and other information
6.1Signals are general market analysis produced by published rules. They are the same for everyone who receives them. They do not take into account your objectives, finances, experience or tolerance for loss. They are not advice, and they are not a personal recommendation.
6.2Signals are not instructions. Whether to trade, and how, is your decision alone. We do not execute trades, size positions for your account, or link Signals to any broker.
6.3Some text in Signals is written with AI from recorded prices. Levels are shown as published and are not checked against the live price. Prices, delivery and follow-up messages can be delayed. The Signals Disclaimer and Method explains how Signals are produced and recorded.
6.4Calculators and similar tools work only with the numbers you type in. Their results are arithmetic, not advice.
6.5Other information we publish, such as broker costs, is general information. It shows the date it was checked. It can change and may contain errors, so please check it with the Partner Broker before you rely on it.
7 Partner Brokers
7.1When you open a Broker Account, you make a separate contract with the Partner Broker. That broker's terms, risk warnings, identity checks and complaints procedure apply. We are not a party to that contract.
7.2The Partner Broker, not us, decides whether to open your account. It is responsible for prices, order execution, margin, deposits, withdrawals and the safety of your money. Questions about these go to the Partner Broker.
7.3We introduce clients to the Partner Broker's offshore entity named on its broker page, with that entity's regulator and licence number. That entity may be regulated outside the EU, and less strictly than a broker in the EU, as the Risk Disclosure, section 4 explains.
7.4We are paid by the Partner Brokers we list, and our broker pages are advertising. The Advertising and Conflicts of Interest Disclosure explains how we are paid and how we deal with the conflicts of interest this creates.
7.5A Partner Broker sets its own spreads, trading fees, leverage, account types and bonus rules, and it can change them. We do not control them and we cannot promise them. What a broker told you in a chat, on a call or on its website is between you and the broker.
7.6A Partner Broker runs its own identity checks before it opens your account or accepts a deposit. We cannot make the broker's decision or speed it up. As clause 5.3 says, we will never ask for your broker password or for permission to trade on your Broker Account, and you should not give them to anyone.
7.7We may stop working with a Partner Broker at any time.
8 Using the Services fairly
8.1You must not:
- break any law, or use the Services for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or to get around sanctions;
- give false information, use another person's identity, or open more than one Account;
- use automated tools to copy, scrape or collect Content, beyond normal use of a web browser or the App;
- copy Signals into paid groups or products, resell them, or present them as your own advice;
- add broker links, referral codes or trading instructions to Signals you share;
- pretend to be Symfonite, our staff or a Partner, or suggest that we endorse you;
- try to get around our security, test our systems for weaknesses without our written permission, or interfere with the Services; or
- upload malware, or harass anyone who works with us.
8.2You may share a link to a public setup page, or quote a setup in full with its closing caveat line, for non-commercial purposes.
8.3If you break this section, we may take the steps in section 14.
9 Intellectual property
9.1We, or the people who license material to us, own the Content and the Symfonite name and logo. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Content for your own non-commercial purposes while you comply with these Terms.
9.2You may not use the Symfonite name or logo, or anything confusingly similar, without our written permission. Partners may use them only as their Partner Agreement allows.
9.3If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely and without paying you.
9.4Price data and other material from third parties may be subject to their own terms.
10 Availability of the Services
10.1We work to keep the Services available and accurate. We do not guarantee that they will be available at any particular time or free of errors, or that any message will arrive at a particular time or at all.
10.2Email, push notifications, Telegram and other channels are run by third parties. Delivery can be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control.
10.3We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Services, including features offered in your country: for example to comply with the law, for security or maintenance, or because a Partner Broker or a provider changes what it offers. If a change materially reduces the Services you use, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
10.4The App is available through app stores, whose own terms apply to downloading and updating it. Our services also rely on others, including Partner Brokers and messaging platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use their services, and we are not responsible for them except as the law requires.
11 What we commit to, and what we do not
11.1We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill.
11.2Apart from that, and as far as the law allows, the Services and Content are provided "as is". We make no promise that the Services will meet your needs, that Signals or other information are accurate or complete, or that any trading result will follow from using them.
11.3Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have by law that cannot be excluded by contract.
12 Limits on our liability
12.1We are not liable for:
- losses from trading, or from any decision you make using Signals or other Content;
- anything a Partner Broker, messaging platform or other third party does or fails to do;
- loss of revenue, earnings, expected gains, business, data or goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss;
- losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as network or power failures, attacks on our systems, actions of authorities, or market disruption; or
- losses caused by your breach of these Terms.
12.2Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the fees you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
12.3Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
13 Your responsibility for misuse
13.1If you break these Terms, misstate your identity or country, or use the Services unlawfully, you must cover the reasonable losses, costs (including reasonable legal costs), fines and claims that we suffer as a direct result. This does not apply to the extent that the loss was caused by our own breach or negligence.
14 Suspension and closure
14.1You may stop using the Services and delete your Account at any time, as section 15 explains.
14.2We may suspend or limit your Account, or close your Account if:
- you break these Terms or a document that forms part of them;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, money laundering or a sanctions breach;
- your country becomes, or turns out to be, a Restricted Country;
- the law, a court, an authority or a Partner Broker requires it; or
- your Account has been inactive for 24 months and we have given you at least 30 days' notice by email.
14.3We may also stop providing the Services, altogether or in a country, at any time. Where we can, we will tell you in advance.
14.4We will tell you what we are doing and why, unless the law prevents us or telling you would harm security or an investigation.
14.5When your Account closes, your licence to use the Content ends. The sections that by their nature should continue to apply do so, including section 9, section 12, section 13 and section 18.
15 Deleting your Account
15.1You can delete your Account at any time in the App (under Settings), in the Members Area on the Delete account page, or by emailing support@
15.2Deleting your Account is permanent. We delete or anonymise your personal data, except data we must keep by law or need to establish or defend legal claims. The Privacy Policy, section 8 explains what we keep and for how long.
15.3Deleting your Account does not close your Broker Accounts. To close those, contact the Partner Broker.
15.4If you are a Partner, deleting your Account also ends your Partner Agreement, with the effects it describes.
16 Changes to these Terms
16.1We may change these Terms at any time, for example to reflect changes in the law, in the Services or in our Partner Brokers. We publish each new version on the Website, and it takes effect when we publish it, unless it says otherwise. We may also tell you by email or in the App, but we do not have to.
16.2Each version shows its version number and effective date. We keep earlier versions and will send you one on request.
16.3If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Services and delete your Account. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, the new version applies to you.
16.4The same process applies to the other documents that form part of these Terms, unless a document says otherwise.
17 How we communicate
17.1We contact you by email at the address in your Account, in the App, or in the Members Area. A notice sent to that email address counts as received when sent, unless we learn that it was not delivered.
17.2You can contact us at support@
18 Complaints, governing law and courts
18.1If you are unhappy with us, please follow our Complaints Procedure. We aim to settle any disagreement fairly and quickly.
18.2These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Services (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
18.3The courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, unless the law requires otherwise.
19 General
19.1These Terms, with the documents that form part of them, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
19.2If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
19.3If we do not enforce a right at once, we can still enforce it later.
19.4We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another company that takes over the Services. We will tell you if we do, and your rights under these Terms will not be reduced as a result. You may not transfer your rights or obligations.
19.5Nobody other than you and us has rights under these Terms.
