Advertising and Conflicts of Interest Disclosure
Version 1.0 · Effective 26 October 2026 · Last revised 26 October 2026
How Symfonite is paid by the brokers it lists, why broker pages are advertising, and how we handle the conflicts of interest this creates.
Key points
- We are paid by the Partner Brokers we list. We earn more when the clients we introduce trade more.
- Our broker pages are advertising. We list only brokers that have signed an agreement with us.
- Commission levels differ between brokers, so we may earn more from some brokers than from others.
- Signals are never triggered by, or linked to, broker offers. They are the same whether or not you trade with a Partner Broker.
1 About this disclosure
1.1Words defined in the Terms of Use have the same meaning here. This disclosure explains how we are paid and the conflicts of interest that creates, so that you can take them into account before you choose a broker or rely on anything we publish. It forms part of our Terms of Use.
2 How we are paid
2.1We are an introducing broker. When a client we introduce trades with a Partner Broker, the broker pays us Commission. Commission is worked out from the trading of the clients we introduce, for example a fixed amount per lot traded, or a share of the spread and fees they pay the broker. Each of our Partner Brokers pays us this way. None pays us by reference to client losses or deposits, or a fee for each new client.
2.2We do not charge you for Signals or for using the Members Area. Our income today comes from Commission.
2.3When we open payouts, we will share part of our Commission with you as cashback. Until then, the cashback information we show is information only, as Terms of Use, clause 3.3 explains.
2.4Because Commission grows with trading, we earn more when you trade more often, trade in larger size, or choose a broker or account type that pays us more. Please keep this in mind when you read anything we publish.
3 Our broker pages are advertising
3.1Our pages about Partner Brokers and our broker comparisons are advertising. We publish them because we are paid when you open an account through us, and we label them as advertising.
3.2Each broker's page, reachable from our Brokers page, shows: the offshore entity you would contract with; that entity's regulator and licence number, if it has one; and account types and costs as the broker publishes them, with the date we checked them. We show a broker only to clients from countries its entity accepts.
3.3A listing is not a statement that a broker is suitable for you, that it is safe, or that it is cheaper than brokers we do not list. We compare only the brokers we have agreements with. Other brokers may cost less.
3.4We list brokers in alphabetical order of their names, on our broker pages and in our comparisons. No broker pays for its position, and we do not accept payment for it.
3.5Broker information can change after we check it. If our page and the broker's own terms differ, the broker's terms apply to your account.
4 How we choose brokers
4.1We list only brokers that have signed an introducing-broker agreement with us.
4.2Before we sign with a broker, we carry out the checks we consider appropriate, for example on its licence, on sanctions and on its reputation.
4.3We name only the broker entity you would contract with, and only that entity's regulator and licence number. Licences held by other companies in the same group are not shown, because they do not cover your account.
4.4We may stop listing a broker at any time: for example if our agreement ends, if the broker no longer meets our checks, or if the law requires it.
5 Commission differs between brokers
5.1Commission rates differ between Partner Brokers, between account types and between instruments. So we may earn more when you choose one broker, account type or instrument over another.
5.2This may influence which brokers we sign and keep.
5.3We do not publish the Commission we receive.
6 Signals are separate from brokers
6.1Signals are produced by the same published rules for every instrument, whichever brokers we work with. A broker offer never triggers a Signal. Signals never contain broker links, referral codes or broker offers. This applies to setups, signal emails, Telegram posts and setup pages. Broker comparisons appear only in our website navigation.
6.2Signals are the same whether or not you trade with a Partner Broker, and whether or not you have an Account.
6.3We do not accept payment from a broker, or from anyone else, to publish, change or time a Signal.
6.4Signals can still lead to more trading, and more trading earns us more Commission. This is a conflict of interest. We manage it by publishing every result, losses included, by making no claims about performance, and by using the same rules for every instrument, as the Signals Disclaimer and Method explains.
7 Our sales and support conversations
7.1We talk with clients about brokers, for example on WhatsApp. We never tell you which trades to take, and we never make claims about trading results.
7.2No one who talks with clients for us is paid a bonus or commission for a sign-up, a deposit or trading volume.
7.3If anyone speaking for us tells you what to trade, or makes a claim about results, please report it to support@
8 How we manage these conflicts
8.1We manage the conflicts described above in these ways:
- we tell you about them in this disclosure;
- we show the same information for every Partner Broker, worked out with the same method;
- we show a broker only to clients from countries its entity accepts;
- we offer no reward for choosing one broker over another;
- we keep Signals separate from brokers, as clause 6.1 describes; and
- you can complain under our Complaints Procedure.
8.2If you have a question about this disclosure, contact info@
9 Changes to this disclosure
9.1We update this disclosure when the way we are paid, or the way we manage conflicts, changes. Changes follow Terms of Use, section 16.
